  We produce tailored content from promotional videos, corporate videos, fiction, animation and documentaries.

• Do you only work on big projects, or do you take on smaller ones too?
  We take a wide range of projects. We love working with small businesses so we often find outselves working on small-scale projects.
  

• Can you help us come up with ideas if we don’t have a script or concept?
  We have a team of experts to guide you through the idea generation and pre-visuals part of the process. We will always work closely with you throughout the entire process. Our involvement depends on how much you want us to be involved.

• Do you work with businesses, individuals, or both?
  As our services are tailored to you, we often work both with businesses and inviduals to meet their content needs.

• How long does it usually take to produce a video?
  It depends on the complexity of the project. The bigger the scale of the project, the longer it will take to deliver a final piece.

Pricing & Packages

• Do you offer fixed packages or customised quotes?
  Every project is bespoke. As a result, we offer customised quotes, to suit the needs of the project. We don’t offer packages as every project has specific requirements.
  

• What factors influence the price of a video?
  Every video is different — the style and purpose of your project will shape how many crew members are needed, the type of equipment we bring, and the time we dedicate to ensure a polished result.
  

• Is equipment hire included in your rates?
  Yes! Equipment hire is included, and the cost just depends on what gear your project needs.
  

Logistics

• Where are you based, and do you travel for shoots?
  We are based in Newport, Wales but we serve the whole of the UK.
  

• What equipment do you use?
  We have a wide range of camera, sound and lighting equipment. We also have post-production software at our disposal to ensure that everything is in-house.
  

• Do you provide voiceovers, music, or subtitles?
  Yes! We can provide anything to suit the needs of your video.
  

Delivery & Editing

• In what formats will I receive the final video?
  We can export videos in a wide range of formats to suit the distribution of your video. From social media content, to advertisements or cinema, we can tailor the videos to suit your needs.
  

• Can you create different versions of the video (e.g., for social media)?
  Yes, we are able to create different versions of the video.
  

• How many rounds of edits/revisions are included?
  At most, we often provide only 3 revisions of every video.
  

• Do you provide colour grading and sound design?
  Yes, we handle everything in-house — from colour grading to sound design — so your video looks and sounds its best.
  

Other questions

• Do I need to be present during the shoot?
  It’s completely up to you. You’re welcome to be on set and involved throughout the shoot, but if you’d rather leave it in our hands, you can trust our team to work professionally and efficiently.
  

• Can you work with footage I already have?
  Often, it depends on the type of footage and how it will be used. We often prefer to shoot footage ourselves to ensure the best quality for your video.
  

• What makes your team different from other video production companies?
  We are a Gen-Z led production company, specialising in narrative or character-driven content. We believe that whilst anyone can make a video, not everyone can tell a story.
